As a postpartum doula I seek to "Mother the mother". I want to help mums feel empowered and confident in the fourth trimester, that's why I offer emotional , practical and informational support. 

This support can take many forms including but not limited to

• Light housework 
• caring for baby or older children while you rest and take some self care time 
• signposting to any services you feel you may need such as breastfeeding support 
• picking up shopping 
• preparing meals 

It is important during this time of transition for you and your family that you feel supported and cared for, that's why I am happy to do anything that can make the transition smoother. 

Postpartum visits

£15 per hour 

4th trimester package - 18 hours - £180

3 visits in week 1

2 visits in week 2 

1 visit in week 3
